Our client, a healthcare focused organization in Lanham, MD, is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team in a freelance to full-time capacity. This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday WFH, 40 hours/week. After training, the onsite requirement will drop to two days a week.
This is a new role within the creative/marketing team to help lead he development of strategic partnerships and national collaborations within the healthcare industry. Additionally, this role will help drive marketing strategy and execution processes. You will report to the Creative Director and have one direct report.
Senior Marketing and Communications Manager Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement integrated marketing and PR strategies aligned with organizational goals
-Identify and establish relationships with key partners within healthcare, including companies, government agencies, and non-profits
-Oversee the implementation and management of partnership initiatives from start to finish
-Develop and track metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and report results to senior leadership
-Represent the organization at events and forums to enhance reputation and promote -partnerships
-Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities
Senior Marketing and Communications Manager Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations
-Experience in the healthcare industry
-Existing connections with key stakeholders in the community and healthcare industry
-Experience developing and managing partnership initiatives
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
