Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Operations
Philips is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Incentive Operations to be a subject matter expert within the commissions execution team. You will lead the strategy, operational needs, and analytics for a high-performance customer-facing organization. To be successful, you will have a strong analytical background, experience in process design, and other analytical business practices. You have demonstrated experience with the administration of compensation plans with the added ability to drive execution around multiple compensation plan structures.
Your role:
Manage commission payments to sales teams on time, accurately and in compliance with the company policies
Work with cross-functional stakeholders in researching, addressing, and resolving compensation disputes, and apply new processes to avoid further discrepancies
Interface with sales management, sales operations, data providers and Customer Fulfillment Center team to review and analyze data to ensure sales reps are accurately credited for transactions
Play a key role in providing requirements, data elements, and recommendations for technical system builds and enhancements
Drive continuous improvement, meet deadlines and quickly resolve inquiries
Make recommendations for changes to compensation systems to ensure timely and accurate payments
Be a subject matter expertise on complex processes or issues to compensation payment review and analysis
You are the right fit if:
7+ years of experience with sales compensation administration for a complex business with multiple compensation plans.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the field of compensation; MBA or Masters in relevant area is highly preferred
Strong PC/Technical Skills Required: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Data mining and Big Data analytics skills
Demonstrated experience with functionality and operations of Anaplan compensation software (preferred, but not required)
Collaborates effectively across partners and stakeholders to align compensation process work, reporting, direction and execution

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee is $105,000 to $180,000
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, Massachusetts is $117,600 to $201,600
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
