What You'll Do
The North America Financial Planning and Analytics Team focuses on developing content expertise, critical business analytics, strategy development, and financial projections in partnership with senior leaders to drive key business decisions. As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Analytics team, you'll work collaboratively across the broader FP&A team and with senior leadership in our North America business. You'll have frequent interactions with senior stakeholders including function heads, Managing Director & Partners, the Regional Chair, who heads BCG's North America business, and North America's CFO.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the team and across the organization to support our local colleagues, regional leadership and other stakeholders. This will include:
- Partnering with Global Business Intelligence & Analytics and local office colleagues to improve and drive adoption of the latest digital management reporting tools and dashboards.
- Creating reporting consistency across key commercial topics (revenue, pipeline, client economics, staff deployment, investments, etc.).
- Enabling best practice sharing of finance processes and reporting across all North America offices.
- Tracking and analyzing management reporting within North America to identify patterns and improve efficiency.
- Providing technical support for North America-specific reporting needs.
- Developing and evolving regional dashboard reporting for leadership and other internal customers.
- Offering reporting insights into resource deployment strategies, client investment decisions, and client portfolio quality.
- Providing progress updates and reporting on Key Performance Indicators to executive leadership.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math; MBA or Master's degree a plus
- 3-5 years of finance-related experience ideal
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Business Objects, Alteryx, or Tableau experience a plus
- Prior experience in supporting dashboard solutions or driving process efficiencies a plus
- Experience in mentoring or leading cross-functional projects.
- Prior experience in a professional services environment a plus
