Position: Senior Energy Efficiency Consultant
Location: Hybrid on-site 2 days/week in Springfield MA
Rate: negotiable based on experinece
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Senior Energy Efficiency Consultant
Position Description:
This position is responsible for providing energy efficiency project/program management services to key accounts and the most complex programs/initiatives. This position provides the services directly and through coordination with internal and external subject matter experts. Regularly involves interaction with regulators and/or other non-Utility EE Stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Management of EE projects.
- Have conversations with customer, contractors, internal engineering, manage project documentation.
- Assigned to a team, working as an assistant to the projects until they are ready to take on more responsibility to projects
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Project Management
- Financial principles
- Requires ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application.
- Comfort in an industrial space. All customers will be factory settings
- BA degree in engineering, energy sustainability, or related degrees
- An Engineer in Training (EIT), Professional Engineer (PE), Certi?ed Energy Manager (CEM) or accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Professional is preferred
