EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A Senior Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline or equivalent, proven industry experience. An advanced degree is preferred. Other requirements include the following.

Minimum

• Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in enterprise IT management, technology consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• 5+ years experience as a Consultant or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with organizing cross, Digital Workspace, domain solutions in support of mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations. 
• Ability to determine client’s business objectives as a priority and mapping supporting technologies to those objectives, brokering associated executive communications accordingly. 
• Must have a functional understanding of core Digital Workspace technologies to include:
  • M365 workloads
  • VDI
  • Unified endpoint management
  • EUC management platforms
  • Unified communications
• Licensing assessment, persona mapping, asset management, and ROI consulting and analysis experience is highly beneficial.
• The ability to evaluate large amounts of data to identify similarities between persona groups, trends, abnormalities, etc. is helpful.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft practice area, key technology partners, and market trends.
• Experience in Leading large Enterprise Migrations/Consolidation of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business and Teams
• Experience in leading conversations around Mobile Device Management and the various platforms on the market. (Strong focus on Intune, JAMF and Workspace One)
• Advanced client-facing skills, including analyzing complex problems and influencing and negotiating with clients and facilitating Workshops across multiple technical domains.
• Demonstrated technical consulting experience in one or more vertical sectors: government, public sector, higher education, finance, health care, technology, or other commercial.
