Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per week

This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Role Overview:

The Senior Associate, Digital Analytics will lead the development and activation of measurement strategies across multiple business lines for both website/email evergreen programs and testing/optimization efforts (both acquisition and customer). The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business owners to gather measurement requirements to develop the strategic approach and identify existing and/or new metrics. This role will orchestrate work across multiple departments including Marketing, IT, Operations along with managing external agency and vendor relationships that enable the implementation of the measurement strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reporting of traffic and conversion metrics, tagging and test set up to support evergreen and test efforts and alerting business owners to any changes in performance within website and email programs. (Please note this role is primarily on-site in Tampa, FL with hybrid work-at-home schedule.)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and activation of measurement strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders for both website and email programs to measure digital experience effectiveness and outcomes of testing and optimization efforts
  • Identify measurement requirements for programs and create new metrics in web analytics software platforms when necessary
  • Orchestrate work of multiple teams, internal and external, from start to finish to implement measurement strategies
  • Create actionable business insights leveraging analytics dashboards, reporting, and other resources to communicate performance and trends to key stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Monitor website and email performance on regular cadence and develops a perspective on drivers of change to communicate trends and insights
  • Responsible for digital data and analytics governance to ensure data is accurate and usable, alerts stakeholders to anomalies in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate tagging activities and support data layer functions with IT and external analytics agency partner
  • Runs ad hoc reports as needed and provides analysis and actionable recommendation
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships across the organization as digital data and analytics subject matter expert
  • Performs additional analytics tasks as required, i.e., monitoring industry trends and technologies, forecasting support, etc.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience using digital web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required and with ability to query databases via SQL a plus
  • Understanding of sources of website traffic like paid media channels and referral/direct
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through completion
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong personality with the ability to convey ideas and strategies to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and respond to quickly changing business conditions
  • Well-organized, with great attention to detail
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently
  • Able to learn new technologies and data analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of diverse web technologies with the ability to learn new technologies to help grow the business
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, preferably with Adobe Test & Target is a plus
  • Preferred Education Level: bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, technology or mathematics

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$90,900-$150,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
