The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Architecture who will play a pivotal role helping define and support the future servicing technology ecosystem for Fidelity. This role sits within the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Domain, which builds and deploys technologies to help Fidelity move towards a future state in which digital is encouraged over paper, client interactions are digitized and automated, and operating associates focus on high value work.
Operating in a fast-paced environment and in close collaboration with business and technology partners, this role will lead analyses to inform insights and recommendations across prioritized business cases. It will play a crucial role in project team delivery, tasked with preparing for, conducting, and synthesizing business partner and SME interviews. It will collect and analyze data to support hypotheses and generate insights, preparing financial models when needed.
Additionally, the role will leverage SME interviews and various reference sources to build current state process maps, identify customer and associate pain points, and together with business and technology partners define the end-to-end future state. Other responsibilities include designing and drafting presentations and other deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or other technical discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in a strategy, transformation, or similar role
- Proven success with substantial contributions to sophisticated, strategic, and novel growth initiatives.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, subject matter specialists and matrixed teams.
- Ability to empower and influence others with limited organizational authority.
- Proven problem-solving expertise as well as owning outcomes.
- Ability to analyze data and business processes, identify pain points, and form/test form hypotheses.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Passion for ambiguous problems without easy solutions.
- Interest and ability to quickly adapt and learn new functional areas and business processes.
- Proven track record of working on projects that achieve tangible results.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to solving strategic business issues.
- Ability to think strategically and build positive relationships with business partners.

You will work within APS' Business Architecture Center of Excellence alongside team members and business partners with a diverse mix of backgrounds and experience. We work in a highly matrixed operating environment, aligned within the Firm's Agile operating model and working with key business partners.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
