WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of Salesforce related processes and workflows.
- Work with various stakeholders to support and improve the Salesforce system.
- Have a firm grasp of CRM standard processes to drive and cultivate greater adoption and to improve internal customer experience.
- Provide support to other administrators and power users.
- Provide reporting assistance and build dashboards.
- Maintain data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues.
- Assist in requirements gathering, configuration and documentation of new features.
- Assist in system testing of all changes and updates.
- Assist in training of end-user base of existing and new features and functions.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience required.
- Ideally one or more Salesforce certifications.
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud in a lightning enabled environment.
- Solid focus on teamwork, and ability to work as part of different teams and cultures across all functions and levels.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Consistent track record in working and communicating confidently with multiple levels of leadership within the organization.
- Ability to turn complex user requirements into Jira User Stories to be used by Analysts and System Integrators.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to constantly learn new skills and take on added responsibilities.
- Occasional travel may be required.
