Responsible for maintaining relationships with video content partners and VBU (Video Business Unit) through communication of documented content delivery standards. Responsible for supervising the video and IP asset delivery platform and daily operations. Strives to ensure world- class level of service. Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and is a subject matter expert on the video operations value chain. Core Responsibilities
- Develops and assigns projects to staff. Assists direct reports in the resolution of complex or exception issues. Collaborates with manager to select, train, direct, evaluate, motivate and develop staff.
- Prioritize actionable items for Video Operations service coordinators.
- Develops the coordinators' technological capabilities of the content management system.
- Review and act upon internal reporting to ensure content availability on appropriate platforms.
- Encourages and promotes teamwork and sets a professional tone for all video operations staff.
- Directs team on auditing partner delivery (compare pitch list vs. received).
- Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur.
- Documents operational procedures as necessary.
- Act as a liaison and subject matter expert on the video operations value chain to content acquisition and product teams.
- Conducts informal training with staff as required on new products or processes.
- Maintains knowledge of technology in use and/or under development for and its impact or potential impact on business processes.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $79,201.51 - $118,802.27
