Job Summary
As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.
What You'll Do
- You'll coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
- You'll manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing. Your role will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.
- Emphasizes top-notch nursing practices and ensures safe space for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications
Must have Oncology/Hematology/infusion experience
Must have leadership experience at Charge, Supervisor or Manager level
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
- Are licensed as Registered Nurses
- Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
