The Research Assistant will assist with collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing data for ongoing research projects using Python. This role is ideal for an individual with an MBA who is keen on applying their business acumen and technical skills to contribute to impactful research

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collect data from various sources relevant to the research projects.
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Perform data analysis using Python, employing libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
Assist in the development of data collection instruments and surveys.
Document procedures and maintain detailed records of data analysis processes.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
Collaborate with research team members to design and implement research protocols.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and research methodologies.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

MBA degree from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Python for data analysis (knowledge of libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib is essential)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data cleaning, processing, and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
Prior research experience is a plus
Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results
