Comagine Health is a national, nonprofit, health care consulting firm. We work collaboratively with patients, providers, payers, and other stakeholders to reimagine, redesign and implement sustainable improvements in the health care system.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in health care, public health, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field may be substituted).
- 6 years’ experience in health care, quality improvement, public health, health improvement and/or related programs.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience or team leadership and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff may be substituted for direct supervision experience).
This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Southwestern/Western regions of the United States
Desired Qualifications:- Master's degree in health care administration, public health, or a related field.
- Senior-level quality improvement know-how.
- Healthcare experience working with the American Indian/ Alaska Native population.
Competencies:
General
- Strong knowledge of the health care delivery system and health care quality improvement methods; competent understanding of assigned health care setting.
- Intermediate proficiency in analyzing health care data to identify trends, measure outcomes and inform decisions.
- Project management skills (planning, organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously).
- Proficient supervisory and leadership skills, including performance management, mentorship of Improvement Advisor-level staff and change management and collaboration skills in a complex organizational structure.
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills, including ability to build relationships with health care providers, lead effective meetings, and represent the organization and program with significant clients, community partners and contractors.
- Strategic understanding of the levers to improve quality in provider settings, and demonstrated experience supporting facilities and systems in quality improvement initiatives.
Leadership
- Conducts a variety of personnel management activities, including but not limited to recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, evaluation, and separation, according to Comagine Health policy and practice and in collaboration with SQI leadership and Human Resources.
- Delivers, or ensures delivery, of initial orientation and training (including review of direct reports’ job descriptions), plus on-going training.
- Ensures availability of procedures, technology, and other resources necessary to conduct work activities; provides subject matter expertise as applicable.
- Provides timely, continuous recognition and feedback using objective, job-related data, and observations (including documented performance appraisals); timely initiates performance improvement opportunities in alignment with Comagine Health policy and practice.
- Develops and monitors professional development goals and objectives; assigns work and delegates authority appropriate for established, job-related duties, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Develops, maintains, and enforces individual- and team-level performance expectations for deliverables; applies Comagine Health’s general standards of conduct.
Some of what you'll do:
Operational Oversight- Overseeing daily operations across multiple locations within the region.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Meeting contract performance targets.
- Develop and oversee implementation of projects related to the delivery of technical assistance, education, and training and/or stakeholder engagement.
- Set team expectations, assign tasks, and as appropriate also execute assigned tasks and/or phases of project plan.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring provider service teams.
- Fostering a positive work environment and strong team dynamics.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations, regularly reviewing performance metric dashboards, and providing constructive feedback.
- In addition to the duties listed above, this position will also provide direct services to program participants as needed, including recruitment, consultation and technical assistance, training and subject matter expertise, partner convening and other duties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Implementing strategies to improve customer service and retention.
- Providing regular reports on regional performance to program leadership.
- Communicating company goals, initiatives, and updates to regional teams.
- Facilitating effective communication between Provider Service Team leadership, internal and external partners, and regional teams.
- Addressing operational challenges and resolving issues promptly.
- Making informed decisions to enhance regional performance.
- Collaborating with other regional managers and departments to share best practices and solutions.
Salary Range: $93,000 - $130,000
The salary range posted reflects the range that Comagine is willing to pay for this position. Salary is determined by many factors, including but not limited to geographic location of where the employee will perform their job duties in addition to their knowledge, skills, education, and relevant work experience.
