Our client, a Real Estate Development firm located in the Bronx is seeking a Temporary Receptionist who can start right away. This is an open-ended position that will last at least 2 months. This role will require someone to be onsite from Tuesday through Saturday. Hours on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays will be 8:30am - 5pm. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, hours will be 11am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:

Answering a high-volume of calls
Greeting building visitors and tenants
Taking complaints and effectively communicating them to the appropriate person
High volume of emails
Helping with rent payments and scanning bills to accounting
Taking in and sorting mail

Qualifications:

1+ years' experience in fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
Customer service experience preferred

Rate:

$23 - $25/hr
