Job Description:
Apex Systems is currently hiring QC InspectionTechnicians in Erlanger, KY on 1st shift!!
This role offers an entry-level start for a career in a Quality Control Inspectionwith a fast-growing global company committed to advancing the abilities of its employees and promoting from within!! Youwill have you be fully trained and offer support to Production in making decisions, investigating non-conforming samples, and maintaining the sample retain supply.
The ideal candidate will have experience withgood manufacturing processes (GMP), and be detail-oriented, organized, professional and computer savvy.
Academic or Industrial quality inspection experience will be helpful!!

Schedule:
1st shift (6am to 2:30pm)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows basic GMP, ISO Procedures, GLP, Safety,and/or other electronic record keeping tools.
- Supporting production operations.
- Weighing dryand liquid products & preparing for shipment.
- Executes standard sampling (Screen & Select) of finished products and flavors, flavor systems or specialty ingredients.
- Coordination of sample shipments with shipping department in accordance to customer/salesperson guidelines.
- Executes and maintains product retains for stability studies/troubleshooting on finished products, samples and/or flavors, flavor systems, specialty ingredients and retains.
- Completes work on time and accurately.
- Utilizes and continues to acquire basic ingredient knowledge.
- Utilizes and continues to acquire basic product processing knowledge.
- Able to perform multiple tasks daily, with the flexibility of re-arranging daily workload to accommodate higher priority needs.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required such as basic & the maintenance of ISO Work Instructions.
