Your role in our mission - Monitors and measures the quality and accuracy of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) results. Creates monthly SLA Dashboard and trend reports.
- Conducts audits of NJ Medicaid provider enrollment applications and identified provider maintenance tasks to assess the accuracy of processing by operational policies and procedures.
- Prepares audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement. Works with Supervisors and Managers to develop strategies for quality improvement.
- Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.
- Participates in special projects, external and internal audits, and process improvements in support of quality assurance initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $43,100 - $61,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
