WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Collaborate with executive management to understand and prioritize business goals.
• Develop project proposals to resolve time frame, funding, staffing requirements, the allocation of resources to various project phases, and procedures for accomplishment.
• Develop detailed work plans and staffing requirements. Arrange recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Ensure progress is communicated with integrity relative to when each phase of the project is completed within prescribed time frame and within budget.
• Provide work direction, technical, and analytical mentorship to project team. Mentors and trains others in methodologies, standards, technical and business tools.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.).
• 3+ years project management experience is required.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing.
• Skill in analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel (<15%).
