Full Job Description
A fast-paced, cutting-edge skin care company is looking for a FREELANCE Project Coordinator to join its team. This is an ONSITE opportunity that starts as soon as next week.
Project Coordinator will support Social and Digital for the Creative Operations team!
This position is 35 hours per week and will be ongoing through the end of year + into next year, and may covert to full time employee for the right fit.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required in office with the other 1-2 days being flexible. The Project Coordinators will assist with overseeing multiple creative projects from beginning to end, assist with procurement and print production, and manage various timelines and team workflow.
They will make sure that all projects for their multiple international initiatives are on talk from start to finish. The ideal candidate will not work on actual deliverables, but manage the traffic for the creative operations team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ensures emails, SMS/MMS, website updates, and social media assets are
created, approved, and provided on time and per request
Shares assets so teams can leverage for local uses
Ensures imagery, illustrations, video, GIFs, etc. needed for digital assets are created, approved, and delivered in a timely manner and per spec
Manages delivery of all PDP assets for new launches and re-support of existing products
Manages creative asset production, review, and delivery of all international partner site assets
Project Coordinator must have:
- 2 years minimum of professional project management experience- Bachelor's degree in related field- Ability to understand creative, marketing, print production, and technical design concepts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with project management tools
