Our LM Coherent Technologies, Inc. (LMCT) Facility in Louisville, CO has an immediate opening for an Industrial Program Security Representative (PSR) supporting collateral, SAP and SCI programs.

In this role you will be responsible for multiple facets of security operations such as visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigation of security incidents, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks as requested by the Security Manager. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with external suppliers and personnel. You should be able to make independent decisions and work with little direct supervision while representing the security organization.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) classified programs
- Responsible for the protection of classified information and assets; including establishing procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitors access to the facility and including classified or sensitive information
- Leads Security, Education Training and Awareness (SETA), supports the investigation of security incidents and prepares reports specifying preventive action
- Validate clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Occasional travel may be required
- Must be available to respond after-hours and be on call
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Top Secret clearance with an investigation with the last 5 years is required prior to start
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers
Desired Skills:
* Experience with various security databases such as NISS and JADE, etc.
* Prior Industrial Security experience
* Working knowledge of Operational Security (OPSEC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
* Experience with various security databases such as SIMS and DISS
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
