As a Professional Services Representative (PSR) within the Honeywell Life Sciences organization, you will become a catalyst for change in the life sciences market. In this role, you will spearhead the sales of cutting-edge services solutions and functional consulting capabilities, driving organizational efficiency and reducing compliance risks. Your mission will be to empower customers to achieve greater efficiency and meet their goals through innovative, value-based solutions.

Utilizing a consultative approach, you will navigate multi-level decision-making environments, scoping projects and writing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. You'll be fully supported by a seasoned technical team and a portfolio of outcome-based software solutions, ensuring you have the resources to create projects that deliver tangible results.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $130,000 -$160,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $140,000 - $170,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive level decision makers regarding outcome-based software solutions that drive success in addressing key needs to support their goals.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline the specific tasks, deliverables, timeline, and expectations for a project, clearly defining the scope of work to be performed, including key milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms.
  • Ability to effectively articulate and defend our delivery approach and methodology to client stakeholders and senor leadership.
  • Develop and demonstrate strong understanding of the customer's business. Identify where Honeywell can add value through technology, solutions and resources.
  • Coordinate customer facing and internal efforts to produce winning value propositions and proposals that secure orders and achieve or exceed target.
  • Work with our seasoned sales team to leverage best in class sales methodology for maximizing sales potential. Maintain current and accurate records of professional services opportunities in our CRM.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop comprehensive proposals that includes technical solutions, financial solutions and overall cost savings.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 30%

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of Professional Services in one or more of the following vertical markets; industrial, pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing, and medical device.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's/Technical Degree
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships, and developing a pipeline of opportunities that convert into orders.
  • Ability to articulate the financial benefits of complex projects to key customer stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Proven leadership in guiding technical teams to develop projects that meet unique customer needs and objectives.
  • Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex customer landscapes.
  • Consulting Services Experience Preferred
  • Knowledge of the software validation process in the life sciences industry if preferred.
