Full Job Description

Seeking a Product Owner to join our Distributor Domain team. This role is pivotal in driving a final-year initiative to bring domain-driven design to customer, contract, and distributor (agents and advisors) interfaces. The successful candidate will work to prioritize and execute roadmaps, shape our strategy, and build robust APIs that enable seamless integration with partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive prioritization and roadmaps for backend KPI services and API development.
  • Represent the team as the public-facing leader, effectively managing PR and partner engagement.
  • Lead one of three internal teams focused on backend API development to support internal platform for insurance and annuities distribution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, particularly in the Distributor Domain, and ensure alignment with overall objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of xperience as a Techincal Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps and working independently with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to attend meetings independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of customer, contract, and distributor interactions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $60. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
