Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that the products envisioned will deliver actual user value and that products we are building is delivering business value.

As a product manager you will typically focus on four key areas: Customer Design, Product Vision, Product Development and Team effectiveness. You will lead the efforts to effectively bring product management, design and engineering together to solve prioritized business problems and master the art of measuring the business impact.

The successful candidate is someone who can work at the highest strategic level while simultaneously considering all the tactical details. The Product Manager we are looking for needs an in-depth and nuanced understanding of the needs of their customers and the business. You possess the ability to get beneath the surface of what people say to understand what people really need.

Responsibilities:

  • Translates business strategy into product strategy to ensure that the product delivers business value

  • Defines clear success metrics for the product and measures result

  • Define analytics to measure usage / adoption

  • Performs discovery to understand opportunities

  • Develops and refines a clear and open prioritization model to ensure the team is building the right things in the right order

  • Develops hypotheses for product features, and runs experiments to validate those features

  • Develops and own the product roadmap

  • Writes product requirements in the form of User Stories and Epics

  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market

  • Plan and carry out product launches

  • Creates and inclusive and collaborative team environment

  • Manage product profitability and commercial success

  • Provide insight to partners on the product and market

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of working experience, preferably at the intersection of Life Science and Product development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Validated experience in product management. Experience in UX / design is required.

  • Technical Competence coupled with Critical thinking / Business Analysis

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and social skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative analysis abilities.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering successful products to market in an enterprise setting.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
