Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Digital Producer to join their team! This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality virtual events that engage and inform our client's audience. You will collaborate closely with clients, editors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of panels, fireside chats, and editorial sessions. Strong communication skills are KEY!

This role will be for about 3 months, 40 hours a week. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Client Correspondence: Act as the primary liaison for client communications, providing
  updates, collecting assets, & ensuring client needs are met throughout the project
  lifecycle.
• Project Management: Create and manage project timelines in Monday.com, ensuring all
  deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Live Event Production: Produce virtual events, including panels, fireside chats, and
  editorial sessions, in partnership with our clients editors and external partners.
• Email Campaigns: Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Iterable and
  GlobalMeet, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
• Event and Registration Setup: Set up virtual events in GlobalMeet and create
  registration pages in WordPress.
• Promotional Copywriting: Draft compelling social media copy to promote events across
  our client's channels, driving audience engagement and registrations.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Monday.com.
• Proficiency in Iterable, GlobalMeet, and WordPress.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing
  roles.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet tight
  deadlines.
• Experience in live virtual event production, including familiarity with platforms like Zoom
  or similar tools.
• Copywriting experience, particularly for promotional and social media content.
