Primary Purpose: The Process Excellence & Analytics team is responsible for supporting the Store and Facilities Support Team by providing meaningful insights that drive action, change behavior and support decisions that simplify, streamline and drive efficiencies in our processes. The Process excellence Analyst will derive and evaluate comprehensive analytics that will help identify trends and potential process improvements to enhance savings and productivity. The Process Excellence Analyst will collaborate with the Manager of Process Excellence and provide recommendations for enhancement and development of new IT opportunities for Store & Facilities Support Services functions. This provides both awareness and momentum to ensure the achievement of RBS goals and ambitions. As the Analyst on the Process Excellence & Analytics team, you will be responsible to help create, drive, and maintain this visibility as well as provide key insights & recommendations for leadership.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for using and creating data analytics to provide metrics that support data-driven decision making; partnering with Finance and other support groups as needed
- Support the Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics with key projects and planning related to the overall operations of the Store Development, Leasing & Facilities Support division
- Create and maintain reports, presentations and dashboards to monitor project initiatives; sharing results with executive leadership. Work to resolve issues and questions related to leadership feedback
- Partner with Finance, IT and other areas, as needed, to automate and/or simplify data feeds into the dashboard environment
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy of published reports and dashboards
- Follow up with dashboard contributors as necessary to resolve outstanding issues/concerns and obtain feedback on project process and content
- Provide support and troubleshooting for the reporting dashboard environment
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities that provide the ability to unlock efficiency and continuous improvement; leveraging Manager of Process Excellence to explore feasibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or report writing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Data visualization proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic Programming Concepts (understanding loops, conditional, and functions that are useful for scripting and automation within Power BI
- Highly analytical and can effectively work in groups to use critical thinking to problem solve (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Business acumen (preferably with a background in retail or sustainability)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming/coding experience (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL.)
