As a Field Intelligence Analyst, you analyze competitive intelligence research including customer and market feedback to deliver winning insights and enablement sessions that are well-sourced, consumable, and actionable for sales and sales leadership. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sellers, sales leadership, and other teams to develop strategies that will enable us to compete effectively in the market.
Develop and deliver competitive insights to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to sales leadership.
Build alignment with senior sales leaders.
Create and maintain resources such as battlecards and competitive strategy guides.
Develop strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
Continuously contribute and support our intelligence gathering processes to ensure flawless execution.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of proven Sales and/or Sales Operations experience with a track record of success
10+ years of interpreting research and data from a sales perspective.
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Understanding of the Enterprise Sales Process
Experience in the Workday SAAS eco-system preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experienced going through a sales process, thourogh understanding of the sales cycle.
Previous experience as an Account Executive or Regional Sales Director
Meticulous and capable of effectively handling multiple projects at once.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
