Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst

Position type: Full time Contract

As a Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst, you will:

The Pledge Mortgage Operations Analyst would join the Operations team and would be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of pledge related requests and projects.
The candidate is expected to eventually take on roles of increasing responsibility within the Operations team.
Reviewing client collateral and providing funding requirements
Performing pledged asset set up and maintenance requests
Monitor and respond to servicing requests from Wealth Management branch offices
Review risk reports and escalate to management when necessary
Provide client service to the field: handle incoming calls and emails
Managing client documentation and obtaining approval to establish the pledge
Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
Participate in projects and facilitate training to team members when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Adaptable team player
Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Analytical skills
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Access Database and SQL knowledge is a plus

Pay Range*: $22$23 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
