Full Job Description
DTC eCommerce client is seeking a Photo Art Director for a freelance opportunity.
You will be expected to shoot onsite at a studio in Commerce; however, all other work associated can be remotely. The shoot is scheduled for November 6th - 8th. This will be a project-based assignment, requiring roughly 10 hours of work per week for a couple of weeks.
Working within the studio creative team and reporting into the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and producing photography projects for websites, emails and social media.
MUST HAVES:
- Home / furniture experience
- Strong photo art direction background, specifically for digital product
- Has a portfolio that demonstrates interior photography and art direction
- Experience working within a studio environment
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide art direction for digital product shoots
- Develop mood boards that are aligned with visual brand guidelines and merchandising goals
- Work with stylist to develop set design and staging
- Oversee photoshoots in the studio with creative team
- Work closely with stylists, photographers and lighting team to ensure images are high quality and meet brand standards
- Work with studio director to coordinate set design, product availability and day of timing
NICE TO HAVES:
- Graphic Design experience
