Our client, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Creative Director/Strategist to join their team on a freelance basis with the potential to go full-time!

This role is FULLY REMOTE and 40 hours per week freelance with the goal of converting into a full-time employee within a few months.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Oversee all aspects of web design, ensuring user-friendly, visually appealing, and brand-consistent web experiences.
+ Oversee the development and execution of web design projects, ensuring user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices are implemented.
+ Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations for internal and client-facing purposes, effectively communicating design ideas and strategies.
+ Manage and mentor a creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
+ Develop and implement strategic brand development initiatives, scaling and evolving the brand's identity to meet business objectives and market demands.
+ Drive the creative direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and timely delivery of all design materials.
+ Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive design strategies that enhance the user experience and drive engagement across all digital touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelors degree in a creative field (Marketing, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts)
+ Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, web design, and branding.
+ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
+ Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and impactful presentations.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and scaling creative teams.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand development and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
+ Experience utilizing Hubspot.
+ Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
