A prestigious Deerfield Beach law firm is seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our busy litigation department. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate

Location: 1630 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (expectation to work 50+ hours per week)

Compensation:

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, with unlimited earning potential through a base salary and an uncapped bonus structure based on personal client development.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and writing, and assist as second chair at trials.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and represent clients effectively.
• Manage a large caseload and work efficiently under high-stress situations.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and provide exceptional client service.
• Comply with all Court deadlines and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience (personal injury experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Experience practicing in Federal Court is a plus, but not required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Excellent academic achievements and stable employment history.
