Full Job Description

A construction management company firm located in Union Square, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the office and CEO/President of the company. This position will start ASAP and will require 5 days in office. Hours are 7:45am-5:00pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to flex their administrative skills with a focus on strong attention to detail in the day to day.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet employees and guests in the lobby
  • Oversee the inventory and supplies of the office and restock as needed
  • Manage 8-9 different contract vendors for the office
  • Act as the point person for these vendors
  • Provide as a quality check with the services the vendors supply to the office
  • Handle mail and packages for the office and the other 18 off site locations the company has
  • Act as the point person with building management; this includes anything that involves the elevators, key cards, rules of the building, etc.
  • Ad hoc assignments as need
  • Provide travel support through their personal travel agent
  • Manage light calendaring as needed
  • Collect lunches when needed
  • Be readily accessible/available as needed for ad hoc tasks as requested

Qualifications:
  • Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience out of hospitality is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, flexible, no task too big/small attitude
  • Warm, friendly, personable

Compensation/Benefits:
  • DOE 90k-120k
