Our client, a luxury tequila brand, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team!
This role is a freelance to full-time position, onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities: - Handle the pre-order and execution of event materials (i.e. trays, tablecloths, aprons, flowers, glassware, cooler, tongs, bowls, ingredients, print and frame menu and bar signage, etc)
- Manage onsite deliveries and pick-ups as needed
- Be responsible for packing, deployment and tracking for US and international VIP & influencer packages
- Provide weekly reporting on inventory (POS, glassware, dummies, event materials, product)
- Supplement inventory for international markets
- Provide weekly reporting on inventory levels and re-order as needed
- Restock any key team materials, including product samples and priority business development items
- Collect, sign, and distribute all packages and deliveries on behalf of the office
- Manage consumer, company, or partner in-office meets & events with set up and breakdown
- Lead overall office administration and office related tasks ensuring all equipment is functioning, office reception and utility services
- Coordinate scheduling and assist with maintenance as necessary with contractors, including IT, building management, landscapers, and any other groups servicing the office space
- Ad hoc errands, including gift shopping, making reservations, personal travel, picking up items etc.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years experience in office management
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be comfortable handling admin duties on a day to day basis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a passion for luxury, art, culinary and spirits and be excited to help build a luxury food & beverage brand
- Be a self-starter, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced environment
