The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute. What You'll Do:
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72380.000 - $115830.000
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer requests for assistance with computer software/hardware.
- Provide troubleshooting for software, installation of software.
- Troubleshoot networking issues - LAN and Wireless
- Support small scale projects.
- Document and update existing IT processes.
- Troubleshoot network and voice-related issues, repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.
- Receiving equipment and conducting inventory.
- Trouble-shoot and repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
- Travel to various (assigned) campuses to perform field work in customer facing role.
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years or more related experience; or a related 2-year technical degree and 2 years or more related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor's or Master's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- A current, active TS/SCI CI Polygraph security clearance is required.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of PC software and networking: classes and/or experience.
- Advanced understanding of Desktop/Laptop PC Hardware and components.
- Advanced understanding of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems.
- Advanced understanding of Windows Office 365 Pro Plus suite.
- Ability to support Apple iPhones.
- Experience with Service Now or other trouble ticketing tools.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects.
- Ability to perform job functions with little or no direct supervision.
- Ability to achieve 8570 DoD certification.
