What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and manage a team of salaried and hourly employees, ensuring alignment with production goals and operational standards.
* Oversee the daily execution of the production schedule, ensuring that materials and parts are available to meet production requirements.
* Manage total inventory control, including material flow, warehouse operations, and compliance with quality standards.
* Monitor and control work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure it aligns with production schedules and minimize any delays.
* Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Control systems to ensure proper material planning and scheduling.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, focusing on operational efficiency and quality.
* Troubleshoot material shortages or production issues by coordinating with various departments to avoid disruption to production lines.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, parts movement, and production control to drive improvements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the warehouse and production areas.
* Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to mitigate any risks to material availability or production timelines.

Basic Qualifications:
* Leadership experience managing teams of salaried and hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in logistics operations, including material flow, warehousing, &/or distribution processes.
* Experience with supply chain management, focusing on material planning, procurement, &/or vendor coordination.
* Strong background in inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, &/or compliance with quality standards.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
