Mortgage Warehouse Specialist at First Horizon National Corporation in Germantown, TN

Summary

Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of routine clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and or electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department.

Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.

Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.

Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.

Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).

Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and at least 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency with MS Office Suite
