Our client, a well-known footwear brand, is looking for a freelance Jr. Marketing / Project Coordinator to support their Global Media Team, with the chance of going full-time!

This is a 40 hours, hybrid (Tues-Thurs) onsite role through the end of the year and most likely much longer.

The Jr. Marketing / Project Coordinator will be working closely with the Senior Global Media Specialists to support the execution of campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the trafficking of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment and campaign objectives
- Support development of creative briefs and participate in internal kickoff calls to align stakeholders
- Serve as liaison between external and internal creative teams
- Support the management of timelines and coordinate special projects

The ideal Jr. Marketing / Project Coordinator will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of marketing, project or account experience (recent internship experience is also OK)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable being a point of contact for agency partners
- Basic knowledge of project management and workflow experience including project planning, timelines and deadlines
