What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate to join BCG's Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) Practice Area Marketing Team. You will get first-hand experience working on a dynamic, international team in a fast-growing business within BCG. The CFS Marketing Intern will support across a range of marketing activities, including internal and external communications, social media, PR, events, thought leadership, and more.

- Exhibiting strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and a service mentality, ensuring trust and effectiveness in teamwork.
- Managing social media channels, from content creation through execution across channels.
- Distilling complex topics into understandable formats, both in written form and visualizations for social media.
- Supporting the delivery of CFS events, including logistics management, event comms, and invitation processes.
- Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from various sources; developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key KPIs.
- Leveraging a variety of digital marketing tools such as Sprinklr, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Haiilo, Figma, Tableau, and more.
What You'll Bring
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited University
- Must meet the internship program eligibility requirements of the current college/university's academic department and student must be approved by the college/university to participate in the internship program
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship cycle (January-July)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Preference for someone working on a BS/BA in Business or with strong interest in marketing
- Desire to learn quickly and high level of resourcefulness and initiative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
