Our client in the health and wellness space is looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager to join their team full-time!
This opportunity is hybrid in their Scottsdale office 3 days per week, onsite Wednesday-Friday with the option to work from home on Monday and Tuesday.
What you will be doing as a Marketing Strategy Manager:
- Provide strategic marketing direction, campaign ideation and brand marketing strategy to support marketing efforts across the company
- Manage and supervise the campaign calendar, calendar time lines, and calendar prioritization
- Implement end-to-end journey and life-cycle campaigns which include campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis
- Responsible for learning and understanding the strategic goals of the business and collaborating with key stakeholders to determine ideal marketing approaches to further the company goals
- Work together with cross functional teams by participating in the development of new marketing ideas, designs and processes
- Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to identify brand, category,and retail opportunities to ensure company objectives are being met
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategy
- Stay abreast of all products, compensation plan and sales programs and promotions.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to drive product promotion strategies for responsible categories to achieve incremental sales (e.g. gifts with purchase, holiday offers, cross-promotions, etc.)
- Play a strong supporting role in the implementation of marketing plans associated with launching new products and rebranding
What you need to know as a Marketing Strategist:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, huge bonus if you have experience in the health and wellness space or network marketing industry
- Strong understanding of global marketing and requirements for print, digital and social media creative
- Experience with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to adjust to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
