What You Will Get To Do:
Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives around the delivery of services and client onboarding.
Be heavily involved in sales and engagement with customers.
Play an important role in the development of the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
Display in-depth knowledge of the Insurance market, insurance operations including accounting and regulatory reporting, the competitive landscape, and technology to make decisions that have significant, long-term impacts success and growth.
Exercise significant influence and is highly visible among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting or related discipline
10+ years relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution
Prior substantive management/supervisory experience is required
Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and can provide ideas to generate business/sales
Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and/or implementing Insurance operations services
Ability to work with clients and help sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to explain and discuss financial information/calculations to different audiences
Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines
