Primary Purpose:
The IT Strategy and Transformation team within the Office of the CIO is responsible for planning, strategy and execution of large-scale IT transformation programs including operating model transformations and related people, process and technology/tool transformations across IT and business teams. This role will be accountable for leading all aspects change management on IT strategic and transformation initiatives.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, and Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and execution of change strategy, change impact, change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication plan and training across all strategic IT initiatives
- Develop comprehensive ADKAR change journeys and plans by stakeholder persona (including change, mindset shifts, communications, and learning)
- Partner with ADUSA Communications team on developing and executing communication strategy and plans for all stakeholder groups.
- Partner with ADUSA business change management to build and deliver an enterprise-wide change management strategy to support operating model transformations
- Partner with IT learning and development to build and execute learning plans.
- Advise and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
- Manage team of Change Leadership project managers (contractors) and ensure standard change management practices are applied across the organization
- Work collaboratively across IT, supporting functions and business stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in organizational change management.
- Proven change leader with demonstrated skill and experience in change management principles and experience leading change management in large-scale IT transformations and/or strategic initiatives
- Self-starter with the ability to lead teams through ambiguity to solve problems and drive results
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
- Developing and delivering multi-mode communications (verbal and written) that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Demonstrate appropriate influencing skills and independent thinking when working with a broad range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to subject matter experts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with change management within a technology function.
- Experience leading change management for large scale IT transformations.
- Experience working in a Product/Platform based operating model.
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Consulting Experience
