Position Summary:

The Infrastructure Operations Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality service, advice, and technical support for services within the IT infrastructure. This role requires a commitment to customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the design and architecture of IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the public cloud. This position involves managing relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure projects, support, and maintenance.

The Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of in-scope services, ensuring the stability and integrity of mission-critical infrastructure, applications, and systems.  This role is located in our Waltham location and would be a hybrid office schedule.
