Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator - Vendor is responsible for managing Vendor work orders and creating purchase orders (PO) if needed. Assigning newly created Vendor work orders and following up with existing Vendor work orders. The Maintenance Coordinator - Vendor is responsible for coordinating Vendor maintenance repairs for all occupied homes.

Hybrid schedule: Work from home: Mondays and Fridays. In office (37217): Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday

Manage Vendor Work Orders and Purchase Orders

Communicating with Residents for work order process and follow up
Review, Manage and approve Vendor bids within approval limits
Summarize and forward Vendor bids or concerns to CMC supervisor
Create and close PO's if needed in all markets
Ongoing communication with Field Offices regarding Occupied Vendor work

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong typing skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Problem-solving experience is a plus
Prior Maintenance experience preferred

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Prior customer service experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
