Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Maintenace Technician! This technician will provide general maintenance labor for the repair and upkeep of the Phoenix facilities and coordinate the work of relevant vendors.Qualifications:
- Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of general maintenance experience
- Ability to monitor building and grounds to ensure a neat, clean presentation, performing general cleaning and maintenance activities for the building, grounds, equipment and fixtures
- Ability to perform minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swamp coolers, and carpentry needs and perform painting tasks as needed. This includes equipment setup and repairs and the maintenance and repairs for the forklift, tugger, and scissor lift.
