Skillset

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Microsoft Engineer, with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
Skilled in the administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure platforms.
Have worked with or had exposure to a variety of Automation platforms for example Ansible, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.
In-depth understanding of network protocols and services like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and their application within Microsoft infrastructures.
Adept at creating and deploying substantial security frameworks for environments based on Microsoft technologies.
Possesses excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and fixing intricate technical problems.
Outstanding communication and social skills, ensuring strong connections with both customers and providing timely updates to senior leadership.
Skilled in managing and contributing to multiple critical projects that garner the interest of senior leadership.
The following Microsoft Certifications are preferred: Microsoft 365 fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
