JOB SUMMARYThe Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), headquartered in Daytona Beach, FL, is currently seeking a summer semester intern to support the Marketing, Communications, and Brand Department. The Business Intelligence Intern will be responsible for compiling comprehensive tournament and title recaps, crafting persuasive corporate partnership sales decks, and conducting in-depth analyses of social media engagement and ticketing trends. The role will be pivotal in providing actionable data-driven recommendations and optimizing tournament business strategies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate data and insights for TV, digital, and asset analyses, providing insights and recommendations to critical organizational stockholders that lead to actional business decisions.
Responsible for weekly tournament metrics across TV and digital consumption by pulling and interrupting data for clear executive summaries for the entire organization,
Provide data analysis and actional insights to LPGA marketing team that lead to the growth of the fan base via both quantitative and qualitative survey design.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of data analysis techniques and business intelligence concepts.
Knowledge of tournament operations, corporate partnerships, and ticketing systems is a plus.
Skilled in written and oral communication.
Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
Ability to be proactive, have excellent organizational skills, and perform efficiently.
Ability and willingness to gain expertise and perform work in new areas.

INTERNSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited College or University.
Progress toward a degree, major, or minor in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or other related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application.
Must be junior or senior level. Grad students and recent grads will be considered.

PROJECTED INTERNSHIP SCHEDULE

Internship Duration: June 2025 to August 2025
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
