The Atlanta office of a prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of law firm experience. Join a successful team handling a diverse range of business and commercial litigation matters

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal research
Managing calendars and deadlines
Assisting with discovery processes
Preparing deposition materials and summaries, including notebooks
Reviewing documents and evidence
Interviewing witnesses
Drafting various legal documents
Creating and maintaining case chronologies
Developing organizational tracking systems for large document collections
E-filing with courts
Preparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software (e.g., Summation, Concordance)
