You will work closely with our Strategy and Operations Program Lead, coordinating engagement with stakeholders, supporting monthly UAT testing and redefining and strengthening training materials for our contract management system. Supporting the onboarding and affiliation activities, legal learning agenda and any ad-hoc projects supporting the team across a wide range of activities.
Legal system development and deployment, communication and change management together with the logistical and technical aspects of managing a diverse, global team, a co-op should expect to gain practical experience in the operational and strategic components required to drive success for a modern Legal Team. Additionally, you will learn about cross-functional project collaboration and teaming in a complex global corporation while working with a team of international colleagues and internal customers.

Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strategic thinking interested in gaining experience with an innovative, growing and diverse team
Fluent in English (verbal and written); Additional languages a strong plus
