Holly D. Shull & Associates, insurance staff counsel for State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, is seeking an Administrative Support team member to join their growing team located in San Antonio, TX. This is a great entry level administrative opportunity. Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to reception area duties, answering phones, scanning mail, electronic mailbox management, opening new files, and other administrative duties as assigned. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong customer service skills to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:15 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. This position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement calls for hours in the office and virtually. Everyone in a hybrid role is required to spend some time in the office. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.

• 5-10 years of recent experience in the legal field
• Experience in claims and/or medical environment is a plus
• Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone

• Strong technical functional expertise
• Attention to detail is vital in a high-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual is a plus but not require
