High Property Management is seeking a motivated salesperson to join our leasing team as an active leasing agent for all units in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Tiffin, IA.

Job Duties Include:

• Showing & leasing residential apartment units
• Processing applications
• Marketing available units 
• Property inspections and weekly/monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must have an associate degree and at least 2 years of property management experience or outside sales experience.
• Possess advanced computer proficiency, be digitally fluent, and be self-motivated.
• Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Applicant will undergo a background verification.

Benefits/Wage: 

• Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K Match, and paid holidays.
• This position starts at $18.00 an hour plus commission per sale (based on qualified experience).
