H2 Health is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide 1:1 care within our memory care community in Williamsport, PA seeing 15-20 visits a week. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience working in an outpatient or memory care setting preferred, but new grads welcome to apply!
