About this role:

This position will be part of the Operational Excellence team in Global Operations, specifically the Digital Transformation – Process Intelligence Services (PIS) unit. You will join a team of highly specialized consultants that are cross trained in process improvement and delivery of process and task mining initiatives. Our global team drives process, efficiency, and control improvements aligned to strategic priorities.

As a Lead Business Execution Consultant on our team, you should be comfortable driving the full lifecycle for digital transformation efforts from comprehending the issue to the delivery of tangible recommendations in a high-paced, cross-matrix environments, with significant ambiguity. A successful candidate will have experience in a business advisory function, defining and implementing analytics to support data-driven recommendations, while facilitating senior leaders and stakeholders through the delivery and change management life cycle.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead process and task mining initiatives from development through successful execution
  • Perform process discovery, analysis design and low-code configuration to support initiative objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, enhancements and automated solutions
  • Solve complex problems using root cause analysis tools
  • Quantify and gain acceptance of business value for identified opportunities from stakeholders
  • Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and change management in a matrix organization
  • Provide thought leadership in the area of continuous improvement and operational excellence


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm or financial institution
  • 2+ years of formal process improvement / operational excellence experience
  • 2+ years of Business Process Management Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with process mining tools and programming languages (Celonis, SQL, PQL, Python)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written presentation skills with an audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate with confidence in front of an executive team
  • Exceptional organization, planning and prioritization skills


Job Expectations:

  • Expect up to 10 % travel
  • Must be able to report to the physical location according to the 3/2 hybrid schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
