Your work:

Identity Federation Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage identity federation solutions to enable seamless and secure access for business partners and agents.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to establish and maintain trust relationships and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
  • Access Issue Resolution:
  • Diagnose and resolve access issues for business users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for identity and access management (IAM) systems and tools.

Business Access Enhancements:

  • Identify and implement enhancements to business access protocols to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with business units to understand access needs and develop solutions that align with business goals.

Agent Experience Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the access experience for insurance agents, ensuring quick and easy access to necessary systems and information.
  • Gather feedback from agents and business users to continuously improve access processes.

Engineering and Architecture Oversight:

  • Lead the engineering and architectural efforts related to business access management, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, configurations, and workflows.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Information technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of identity federation, SSO, and IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex access issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in IAM concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to improving user experience.

The national average salary range for this position is $110,700 - $123,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $99,630 - $135,400. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.

Factors used to determine the actual salary offered may include location, experience, or education.

Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Required:

    • Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
    • Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
    • Ability to trace given transactions through a complex system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

    Preferred:

    • Working knowledge of industry practices and CSAA IG's policies and the ability to develop a clear understanding of the company's key functional processes and resources.

    Education, Work Experience, Licenses & Certifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 8+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
